PLANETS
There are 9 planets in Vedic astrology. 2 of them are shadow planet Rahu & Ketu. They have no rulership of any Zodiac sign. All planets rule 2 zodiac signs but sun and moon only 1–1 zodiac sign. Because they have important rulerships over mind and soul. Sun is the significator of our soul and moon signifies mind.

Houses
Birth chart made from 12 houses which represent different areas of our life. A short overview;
1st house- Represent body and personality.
2nd House(Marka house) – Represent your family, family assets, your speech,
3nd House(marka house 8th from 8th) –Represent Short distance travel, your younger siblings, media, communication ability, desires, and courage.
4th HOUSE – home, family life, ownership of the home, and vehicles, peace of mind, your home after marriage.
5th House – 5th house represents your children, your creativity, your past life or sanchit karmas, early education, speculative gains, and your intelligence.
6th House– 6th house mainly represents negative things like your enemies, small diseases, your everyday work routine and co-workers at your office.
7th House(Marka house)– 7th house mainly deals with Marriage, business partnership), the people who are unknown to you and come across you.
Because dealing with marriage and its issues every day can kill anyone.
8th HOUSE(Marka house)– 8th house is death reflecting house. It shows your death and rebirth all hidden things, sudden things can be seen from this house.
9th HOUSE –house of luck, dharma, and religion, and long distance journey.
10th HOUSE –house of karma, career house and the house of your father, name fame and recognition.
11th HOUSE – house of incoming gains fulfillment of desires, elder sibling, and your network circle.
12th HOUSE(Marka house) – House of losses, bed pleasures, moksha, and nature.
There are 12 Houses in a birth chart and other divisional charts in a Horoscope. These House are away from 120 degrees with each other. And represent different areas of life in each chart, it is fixed areas for everyone. Only rulers will change when rising signs will change.
The Dharma trikona house 1, 5, 9 indicate your present, future, and past, respectively as 1st house represents native himself, 5th house represent native’s children and 9th house represent His Father Figures in life /Guru. 1st house shows current birth, 5th house shows past birth, The 9th House shows future birth.
For family, service, and Profession we see 2-6-10; for Marriage related things we see– 2-7-11; for Child Birth-related things we see– 2-5-11 and for Foreign travel or settlement we see– 3-9-12.
4-8-12 is seen for the mother's nourishment and marital bliss, home life. 8th is the black hole and mysteries and sudden gains, unearned income house. 12th is the House of moksha, nature, and expenses or loss house.
2-6-10 –2nd house shows family assets. 10th House signifies the name and fame and your profession. 6th House signifies everyday work life.
Aspects of planets
Planetary aspects are called graha drishti or the place where the planet see and influence those houses.
1)every planet aspects the house which directly opposite means 7th from that house.
2) Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu) and Ketu have special aspects more than 7th aspects.
3)Mars has the 7th aspects and its other aspected house are 4th and 8th house from its position.
4)Jupiter has 7th aspects plus 5th and 9th aspects. Means it influence the 7th house, 5th house and 9th house from its position in the birth chart.
5)Saturn has the 7th aspects and 3rd and 10th
Aspects from its place too.
6)Rahu has the same aspects as Saturn and Ketu has the same aspRahu as Mars. Shanivat Rahu and Kujavat Ketu.
